Mont Kiara - Interior Design
A premium duplex residence in Mont Kiara defined by material richness and spatial restraint. The design leverages negative space as a primary device, creating a sense of calm through proportion, light, and void. Ultra-luxurious finishes, including natural quartzite, are deployed with precision, allowing texture and tone to articulate the space without excess.

Bangsar - REDEVELOPMENT
A study in structural expression, this project explores multi split-level planning as a spatial and architectural device. The design emphasises volumetric interplay, natural light orchestration, and clean geometries, allowing form and materiality to take precedence. Each element is deliberately restrained, enabling textures and finishes to articulate the architectural narrative.

Commissioned for SBC Berhad, this project involved the design and conceptualisation of spatial narratives for the official sales event of 6 Kapas, Bangsar. In collaboration with the developer and exclusive agent, the work translates the vision of an ultra high-end residence into a compelling, experiential showcase that articulates its full potential.

Situated within the heart of Bangsar, Project 480 is a 1.5-storey residence carefully planned to achieve the spatial presence of a full two-storey home. Through efficient layout design, the house maximises usable space while maintaining flow. Set on rare flat terrain, it offers a highly practical living environment that balances spatial generosity with functionality, a scarce proposition within the neighbourhood.

A 1.5-storey intervention, explores a lofted spatial configuration within a compact residential framework. The design introduces vertical openness and layered planning, culminating in a rooftop extension oriented towards the Kuala Lumpur skyline. A balance of raw materiality and refined detailing defines the project, offering a contemporary urban living environment grounded in clarity and proportion.

Discover the ultimate two-story multi-generational masterpiece, where a grand front living room flows into an open-concept kitchen and a stunning side courtyard that connects visually to the upper level. Perfectly balancing practicality and luxury, the ground floor features a cleverly tucked-away guest and maid's room, while the upstairs boasts three serene bedrooms—including a spectacular dual-wing rear layout framing panoramic, unobstructed views of the iconic KLCC skyline.
